Pricing questions
Do participants have to pay or sign up?
No. Only the host picks a plan. Your audience joins free with the room code or QR code, on any phone.
Event Pass or Pro: which one do I need?
If you're running one event, like a conference or a town hall, the Event Pass upgrades that room for 30 days with no subscription. If you host regularly, Pro covers every room you create.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
What happens when my Event Pass ends?
The room goes back to the Free plan limits. You can buy another pass or upgrade to Pro to keep going.
When can I buy a paid plan?
Paid plans are launching soon. Until then, you can host on Otoke for free.
